Industry & Teaching
Karen currently teaches photography at the International Center of Photography (ICP), Hunter and the 92nd Street Y. She lectures nationally and serves on several boards including American Photographic Artists.
She also hosts and moderates APA Spotlight at Adorama, a series of conversations with photographers, directors, agents, and creative professionals.
Karen has collaborated with photographers including Annie Leibovitz, Elliott Erwitt, Joyce Tenneson, Gillian Laub, and Bruce Davidson, and previously served as Director of Photography and Digital Media at the JCC in Manhattan, where she curated numerous exhibitions.
